The National Energy Efficiency Conference (NEEC) 2023 was held physically on 4th to 5th October 2023 at Marina Bay Sands Expo and Convention Centre. This was organised by National Environment Agency and supported by the Economic Development Board, Energy Market Authority, Enterprise Singapore and National Climate Change Secretariat.
The NEEC is part of the learning network of the Energy Efficiency National Partnership (EENP) programme. It aims to provide a platform for industry experts and companies to share energy efficiency to developments and success stories.

The National Environment Agency (NEA) launched an industry-focused Energy Efficiency National Partnership (EENP) programme on 29 April 2010. The EENP is a voluntary partnership programme for companies that wish to be more energy efficient, thereby enhancing their long-term business competitiveness and reducing carbon footprint. The EENP aims to support companies in their energy efficiency efforts through learning network activities, provision of energy efficiency-related resources, incentives, and recognition.
