(b)  intent of use;

(c)  manner of use;

(d)  time frame of use; and

NEA reserves the right to refuse permission without declaring reason(s) and/or if the information submitted by the user is deemed insufficient.

These Terms of Use shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore.

PRICE AND CURRENCY

Our prices for attending the conference, are set out on the relevant registration form from our website. Prices may be subjected to change from time to time.

All fees quoted are in SGD - Singapore Dollar. Any currency conversion costs, or other charges or costs incurred by you when making a payment or in processing a refund, shall be borne by you and shall not be deducted from any fees owed.

2.

TERMS OF PARTICIPATION IN THE CONFERENCE

2.1

Particpation in the conference is paid in the 100% prepayment and cannot be paid in parts.

2.2

Registration on the Organizer's web-site does not guarantee participation in the conference until the registration fee is paid.

2.3

Registration fees does not grant right to speak at the conference and share any conference materials to the Participant.

3.

PURCHASE AND SETTLEMENT PROCEDURES

3.1

When making a payment, you confirm the conformity of the purchase content with your will.

4.

ONLINE PAYMENT

4.1

Payments through the online payment facility may only be made using Visa, Mastercard debit or credit cards.

4.2

If your payment is successful, you will receive a confirmation notice of your completed payment. If unsuccessful, you will be advised that your payment has failed. NEA and its event management company will not be advised why a payment as failed; therefore, you should contact your card provider for details.

4.3

If your card supplier declines payment, NEA and its event management company is under no obligation to bring this fact to your attention. You should check with your bank/credit/debit card supplier that payment has been deducted from your account.
