A. This event will be held at Singapore EXPO, Peridot 201 - 206.
By Bus - Public Bus Services: 12, 24, 38 (alight at Upp Changi Rd East and walk ~4 minutes to MAX Atria building).
By MRT - Alight at Expo MRT Station (DT35/CG1). Use Exit B and follow signs for Singapore EXPO.
Q. What is the dress code for this event?
A. The dress code for the NEEC 2025 is business attire (suit and tie are optional).
Q. Where and how do I collect my conference pass?
A. You can collect your conference pass at registration counter onsite.
Q. Are the F&B arrangements at the event Halal certified?
A. The event's lunch buffets and tea-breaks are Halal certified.
Q. Can I attend the event virtually?
A. NEEC 2025 is a fully physical event to facilitate better interactions.
Q. May I check the SCEM points for this conference?
A. Professional Development Units (PDUs) will be awarded to registered participants. More details on PDUs will be shared on upcoming EDMs and NEEC 2025 website.
Q. Is there any special rates for SCEM?
A. There is no special rates for SCEM. Special rates are only for EENP Partners. Click on NEA | Energy Efficiency National Partnerships to find out more about EENP programme. Companies that are interested to join the EENP programme may fill in the appllication on EENP Application Form | FormSG.

Q. What should I do if I face any issues during payment (e.g. payment denied, discount code is not valid)?

Q. In the event that I am not able to make it to the event, can I request for a refund?
A. Please note that no refunds will be made. Participants may submit requests for substitution / replacement of delegate in writing to contactus@neec2025.sg before 12pm (Singapore time) on Thursday, 25 September 2025.
This request is subject to the approval and confirmation of the specific event's organiser.
Q. Can I change my preferred Breakout Track after registration?
A. Please contact us at contactus@neec2025.sg if you would like to request for a change in the breakout track selected. However, please note that the breakout tracks are subjected to availability.

A. Visa and Mastercard debit or credit cards are accepted.
Q. Can I register and buy a ticket at the event?
A. Interested participants must register and pay for tickets on NEEC website prior to attending the event.
